3. FAQ
Q1. Where is the meeting point? Is hotel pickup included?
Answer: Tours meet directly at the designated local meeting point in the Lake Yamanaka area. Hotel pickup is not included by default. If you require hotel pickup, please contact us in advance (an additional service fee applies).
Q2. What should I wear and bring?
Answer: Please wear comfortable clothing suitable for cycling and athletic shoes (no high heels, boots, or loose sandals). Temperatures around Mt. Fuji can be cooler than central Tokyo, so bringing a windbreaker or warm layer is recommended. Please bring your own water bottle and small personal items in a backpack.
Q3. What if I have medical conditions or health concerns?
Answer: If you have pre-existing cardiovascular conditions, mobility restrictions, or other medical concerns, please consult a physician prior to booking. You will be asked to complete a brief health assessment before the tour.
Q4. What happens if it rains unexpectedly during the tour?
Answer: If weather conditions deteriorate unexpectedly during the tour, your guide will prioritize safety and may adjust the route, seek shelter, or pause the ride.
